EMM: The Priority Selected On The Service Request Page Is not Defaulted Correctly On a Work Order. (Doc ID 2963001.1)

Symptoms


The priority selected on the service request page is not passed to work order.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1) Navigate to Maintenance Management > Service Request Management > Agent Service Request.
2) Add a Service Request with priority of 1.
3) Select all the required fields on this page.
4) Save the page where the service request is created.
5) Click create Work Order button from the same page.
6) Notice that the priority is defaulted to 2 which is medium instead of 1 that was selected on the above Service Request.
