Symptoms

Spreadsheet Journal Import displays inconsistent Journal ID during re-upload.  Modifying used spreadsheet journal to Journal ID NEXT, and adding more lines to it, resulted to journal lines having 2 different Journal IDs.
However, when imported, all lines were uploaded for the new Journal ID.

Steps to replicate:

1.  Using JRNL1_WS template, upload a journal which goes to success and get uploaded.  Journal ID 'A' is assigned.
2.  Open the same journal in the template, change the Journal ID from 'A' to 'NEXT'.
3.  Leave the existing lines (which have Journal ID 'A') and add more new lines as expected (which have Journal ID 'NEXT')
4.  Import Now.
5.  Result: Journal imports successfully, journal is assigned with Journal ID 'B', with lines for Journal ID 'A' and Journal ID 'B'.
6.  Check online, Journal ID 'B' contains all rows from old ('A') and new lines ('B').
