Tuition Calculation Fails with 'Unable to find Adjustment Calendar record. (14811,79)' After Term Withdrawing a Student (Doc ID 2963351.1)

Symptoms

When students are term withdrawn in the Summer term only, Tuition Calculation fails.   A new adjustment calendar is being used for the Summer term fee setup to adjust by Session Start Date.  Fall and Spring terms use an adjustment of by Term Start Date. All of the drop and withdraw adjustment reason codes have been setup in this new Adjustment Calendar.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment, Student Term Information, Term History;
2. Select a student;
3. Click on the Term Withdrawal Tab;
4. Enter the Term Withdrawal information such as the Withdrawal Reason Code;
5. Click Post;
6. Navigate to Student Financials, Tuition and Fees, Tuition Calculation;
7. Select the student;
8. Click the Calculate Tuition and Fees button;
9. Note the error in the pop up window.
