Symptoms
Search Framework Definition EP_BI_BILLING shows incorrect data due to insufficient join in query BI_SRCH_BI_HDR.
Replication Steps:

1. Navigate to: PeopleTools > Search Framework > Designer > Search Definition.
2. Select the search definition as EP_BI_BILLING.
3. Click on the BI_SRCH_BILLING_CQ connected query.
4. View the query for BI_SRCH_BI_HDR. Due to this user does not get correct results.
