Field Does Not Exist-- PV_MOB_DFLT_WRK.GEO_CODE When Clicking on One Time Address on the Requisition Defaults Page

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Overall Installation Options (Setup Financials/Supply Chain-->Install-->Installation Options)
2. Set Tax Provider as Vertex
3. Save the page.
4. Assign Role Actions to Roles (Role Name: ePro Requester) (eProcurement-->Administer Procurement-->Maintain System Users and Roles-->Assign Role Actions to Roles)
5. Search by select Requisition and click Search
6. Select ePro Requester from the search results
7. Disable the NO_ONETIME_SHIPTO Action Name
8. Save the page
9. Navigate to User Profile (PeopleTools-->Security-->User Profiles-->User Profiles)
10. Enter VP1 and click Search
11. Select VP1 from search results
12. Click on Roles Tab
13. Confirm that the ePro Requester role is assigned.
14. Login as VP1
15. Click on eProcurement Tile
16. Click on Create Requisitions Tile
17. Click on Requisition Defaults link
18. Click on ‘Add One Time Address’ button
19. Enter Postal Code and Enter State
19. System is giving an error while entering State
