EBI 9.2: How to, if Possible, Populate Project Costing Related ChartField Values in PS_BI_HDR Record From Billing Excel Upload?

Goal
The delivered Billing Excel Upload (BillingInterfaceExcelUpload.xlsm spreadsheet file) can be used to enter Invoice transaction data, and interface it into the Interface Staging Tables from PeopleSoft Enterprise FIN Billing module, to later on run the Billing Interface process (BIIF0001 AE Program) to end up generating the desired Billing Invoices in the system.
The below Project Costing related Accounting ChartFields are manually populated in the Excel spreadsheet file:
- BUSINESS_UNIT_PC
- ACTIVITY_ID
- ANALYSIS_TYPE
- RESOURCE_TYPE
However, the values are going straight into the PS_BI_LINE Record, and not to the Table PS_BI_HDR, as per desired. Is there a way to ensure that the Project Costing ChartField values get pushed into the Record PS_BI_HDR instead of PS_BI_LINE Table?
