Symptoms

The vanilla RETRODED_SUM_VW view is not returning all the data for the Employees with multiple Employment Records. This view is used for validating retro calculations.

The issue could be replicated with the steps below:

  1. Process Retro Request triggers for Employees with Multiple Jobs.  Navigation:  Payroll for North America > Retroactive Payroll > Retro Benefits/Deductions > Process and Review Requests > Calculate Retroactive Ben/Deds.
  2. Using Query manager review the results of the record RETRODED_SUM_VW.  Navigation: Reporting Tools > Query > Query Manager.
