Symptoms

Depreciation didn't started after 6 months of ARO adjustment with an AM convention for ARO (Asset Retirement Obligation) Assets.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1) Add an asset (Asset Managment > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add) and check the Asset Retirement obligation checkbox.
2) Do an ARO Measurement (Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > ARO Measurement)
3) Provide all the details and use the convention as Actual Month.
4) Add a Labor cost and click ARO button. It calculates the amount.
5) Click Adjust button and generate ARC.
6) Interface id created.
7) Run AMIF1000 process (Asset Management > Send/Recieve Information > Interface Transactions> Load into AM) for the above interface id.
8) The above process creates an ARO asset id.
9) Run AMDPCALC process (Asset Mangement > Depreciation > Processing) on this ARO asset.
