Symptoms
On Campus Solutions 9.2.028 and related PRP Patches, PERS_NAMES component interface is throwing an error.
The Solution steps in Doc ID 2934028.1 did not resolve the issue.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Create a custom CI from NAMES_PERS CS component.
- Add the HCR_UPDNAME_DVW record as a CI collection property (drag/drop it from component def'n to CI def'n window).
- Expose the CI as a web service.
- Upload data using Update (or possibly UpdateData), and observe the errors above.
