EBI 9.2: PC Business Unit And Activity Are Not Editable On Page Correct Staged Acctg Errors And Cannot be Corrected

Symptoms
PC Business Unit and Activity are grey out on Correct Staged Acctg Errors page. These fields should be editable, because these values are being distributed to the table PS_BI_ACCT_ENTRY and also to GL.
Replication Steps:
1. Setup Installation Options Combo Edit Batch (navigation Set Up Financials/Supply Chain / Install / Installation Options / Billing Integration Options / Billing - GL/AR Options)
2. Enable Use Project Chartfields under Bill Type 3 (navigation Set Up Financials/Supply Chain / Product Related / Billing / Setup / Bill Type / Bill Type 3)
3. Setup Chatfield Combination (navigation Set up Financials/Supply Chain> Common Definitions> Design Chartfields> Combination Editing)
4. Create Billing Invoice what will flow to COMBO error (navigation Billing / Standard Billing)
5. Create New invoice
6. Run Single Action Invoice job (Billing / Generate Invoices / Non Consolidated)
1 bill contains COMBO error
7. Navigate to Correct Staged Acctg Errors
The PC BU and Activity are grey out which is not ok as you cannot correct the chartfield values
