Charges Listed in the Details Group Box Cannot Be Selected When Creating A Collection Agreement (Doc ID 2964476.1)

Symptoms

A new collection agreement is being established for a student. On the Collections Agreement tab, several charge items are listed in the Details group box. The checkbox beside all of the items is greyed and cannot be selected for inclusion on the collection agreement.  Charges must be selected to successfully create the Collection Agreement.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Student Financials, Collections, Collections Agreement;
  2. Click Add A New Value;
  3. Enter the emplid and click Add;
  4. Complete the setup of the collection agreement, including the Charge Item Type and Payment Item Type fields;
  5. Note the charges listed in the Details box are greyed and unable to be selected.
