Savings Plans Are Not Terminated by Benefits Administration as Expected (Doc ID 2964953.1)

Symptoms

The Benefits Administration Event for an employee's transferring from full time to part time did not terminate Savings Plan Types (4x).

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Employee is transferred from a full time to a part time position (Navigation: Workforce Administration > Job Information > Job Data).
     2. Benefits Administration processes the employee's Event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
     3. The employee's event is set to finalize (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Update Event Status).
     4. Benefits Administration process finalizes the Event (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
     5. Check the Savings Plan enrollments to see that they have not been terminated (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Savings Plans).
