Symptoms
When the user attempts to run the TSCI application engine (SSR_HM_PRCS) process, the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Reporting > AUS Regulatory Reporting > TCSI > TCSI Campus/Program Process
- Query or Create a Run Control
- Complete the Run Control inputs
- Run the SSR_HM_PRCS Application Program
