Symptoms
After doing PUM upgrade from PUM 18 to PUM 42, received (PEOPLECODE-10) Uncompiled Directive PeopleCode in SYSAUDIT report for Component record PeopleCode: PC_WC_UPDWIZ_FL.GBL and PC_WC_UPD_WRK.NEXT_BUTTON. FieldChange.
Replication Steps:

Scenario: 1
1. Run Perform System Audit process (Navigation: PeopleTools > Utilities > Audit > Perform System Audit).
2. Receive the error in the audit report. Error 1- “(PEOPLECODE-10) Uncompiled Directive PeopleCode.”.
Scenario: 2
1. Open Application designer.
2. Open code object PC_WC_UPDWIZ_FL.GBL.PC_WC_UPD_WRK.NEXT_BUTTON. FieldChange in Application Designer.
3. Attempt to compile and the system throws the error. Error 2- "Error Display is not a property of class Field. (2,50) ^ FPC”.
