When converting from ORACLE to SQL SERVER Database using data mover export/import of the PeopleSoft 9. x database all the table columns are created as "CHAR' instead of 'VARCHAR'

The issue can be replicated using the following steps:

1. Run PeopleSoft Data Mover in bootstrap mode against the Target database
2. Run the datamover import script
3. Open a  Table definition using a SQL Query Tool.
4. Observe  the issue.
