E-HCM: Country Full Sync Errors "You have left a field empty and a value must be entered", during Full Data Publish to CRM (Doc ID 2966841.1)

Symptoms

The Service Operation "Country Full sync"  failed with the error: "You have left a field empty and a value must be entered."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Set Up HCM, Common Definitions, Guided Process, Select Guided Process.
  2. Select  CRM Full Sync – Full Data Load Process
  3. Select 'yes' for all the 'Guided process Questioners' 
  4. Click on 'Start My Guided Process'
  5. Run the Guided process by following the document: PeopleSoft CRM Red Paper - CRM Full Sync Integration Guided Process  Document 1942360.1
