Symptoms
When attempting to open the Advisee Student Center page for a student, if the Advisor using the page has no assigned Advisee(s), the page instead opens on the My Advisees page and displays 'There is no information for the transaction you requested.'
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- As the Advisor, log in and navigate to the Advisor Center, such as via Self Service > Advisor Center.
- Enter Emplid.
- After clicking 'Search' note the page opens on 'My Advisees' with the indicated message.
