On TS189 Staging Page, Updating Academic Career Does not Clear Values in Academic Program and Academic Plan Fields and Invalid Combinations Can be Saved (Doc ID 2967166.1)

On the TS189 Staging Page, if the value in the Academic Career field is updated, the previous values in the Academic Program and Academic Plan fields remain as they were; and if the Career change is saved with no further updates, no edits or warning messages are given if the Program and/or Plan fields are not valid for the new Career. 

If the Career is updated on the page, it's expected that the Program and Plan fields should be cleared (blanked out), forcing the choosing of new values appropriate for the new Career. 

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Navigate to: Main Menu > Student Admissions > Application/Transcript Loads > TS189 > TS189 Staging. 
2. On the App Degree tab click on the Application Data link. 
3. Update the Academic Career field to a different value, and not the Academic Program and Academic Plan fields remain unchanged, with values that are not valid for the updated Career. 
4. Save the page and note the save is successful, with no edits or warning messages.
