E-AD : Application Designer Hangs When Opening Auto-Complete Dialog for an Application Package with a Lot of PeopleCode

Symptoms
When working on an Application Package's Application Class containing a lot of PeopleCode (5000 Lines), Application Designer hangs when opening the AutoComplete dialog.
Replication steps:
------------------
1. In Application designer, navigate to -> Tools -> Options -> Editors.
2. Select Auto-completion for PeopleCode.
3. Click ok.
4. In an Application Class with 5000+ lines of PeopleCode, try adding a line of code containing SQLExec("").
5. Observe that Application Designer hangs.
