ETL9.2: Punched Timesheet With Override Reason Code Is Copying Code From One Timesheet To Other. (Doc ID 2968108.1)

Symptoms

Punched timesheet Override reason code is getting copied from one employee to another.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:


1. Login as PS and go to Manager Self Service Homepage. Click on Team Time tile.
2. Click on Filter button and select the Time Reporting Group. Click Done.
3. Click on first employee to get the timesheet.
4. Click on Punch to get the punch timesheet and add times for Monday for In, Lunch, In and Out.
5. Click on Time Details and add one of the override reason codes. Click Done and submit the timesheet.
6. Click on Return to Select Employee to go back to the employee list.
7. Select second employee from the list to get the timesheet.
8. Click on Punch to get the Punch timesheet of the second employee.
9. Without adding time, click on Time Details of same day where the time was added in step 4 (July 31, Monday). Notice the override reason code is blank.
10. Click on Cancel button to go back to timesheet.
11. Without making any change, click on Time Details again to see the override reason code appear.
12. This override reason code is same as the code added in step 5 for previous employee’s timesheet.
