Symptoms
On the IM Connectivity Tester page, after populating the Input JSON and clicking 'Test Connection', the following error is displayed in the Output JSON field/box:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Main Menu > Financial Aid > Institutional Application Data > IM Connectivity Tester.
- In the Input JSON box, use the JSON provided in Doc ID 2952880.1 and following the instructions to change a couple of the fields.
- Click 'Test Connection' Button.
- Note the error message in 'Output JSON' box.
