Symptoms

Users attempting to build milestone level for students on Milestone table page , but the same milestone level is not visible on student milestone details page.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigator > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Enrollment > Milestone Table
2. Navigator > Set Up SACR > Product Related > Student Records > Enrollment > Milestone Template
3. Navigator > Records and Enrollment > Enroll Students > Student Milestones
