FLUID Navigation Collection Menu Disappears After Saving Changes on the Student Program/Plan or Academic Progress Tracker Components, When These are Accessed From the Campus Solutions Administrator FLUID Tile

Symptoms
When using the Student Program/Plan or Academic Progress Tracker Components, by navigating through the Student Records tile on the FLUID Campus Solutions Administrator Homepage, saving information on the components results in the FLUID navigation collection menu disappearing.
If the Navigation Type field on the PeopleTools > Portal> General Settings page (when available on Tools versions 8.59 and older) is set to 'Left' instead of 'Drop-down', the FLUID navigation changes to the Classic navigation, instead of disappearing entirely. In either case, the page should continue to display the FLUID navigation regardless of what actions are taken on any of the components.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Sign in to Campus Solution Administrator Home Page and Click on the Student Records Tile.
- Click on “Student Program/Plan” on the Fluid Navigation (left side).
- Open the component for any student, update one or more fields and click Save.
- Note the FLUID navigation menu on the left has disappeared or changed to the Classic navigation.

The issue occurs after applying the fix for <Bug 30187741>, incorporated in the Campus Solutions 9.2 Image, starting with Image 9.2.15.
