Symptoms
Requisition UPN ID field is not updating when changing the UOM.
Getting the error:
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Go to Menu > Items > Define Items and Attributes > Universal Item Id
- Universal Item Identifiers for item ‘10015’:
- EA = ‘1111111111111’
- CS = ‘2222222222222’
- Go to eProcurement tile
- Go to Create Requisition tile
- Search for item ‘10015’
- Add to cart and checkout
- Change UOM = ‘EA’ to ‘CS’ and Submit
- Getting the message: 'UPN ID is invalid for Item 10015 on line 1 (10150,330)'
