EAP: Unable to Save Payment Request With New Supplier That Reviewer Selected (Doc ID 2968819.1)

Symptoms

Reviewer reviews a submitted Payment Request, changes the Supplier to a different Supplier and clicks Save for Later. When the Payment Request is re-displayed, the Supplier Information page is still displaying the old Supplier and not the new one selected by the Reviewer.

STEPS
1. Navigate to Set Up Financials/Supply Chain > Product Related > Procurement Options > Vouchers > Payment Request Template
2. Template has Workflow Approval = AP – Review – No Workflow Approval
3. On the Fluid Employee Self Service Home page, click the Payment Request tile
4. Add a Payment Request
5. Submit the Payment Request
6. Click OK to the following message received -- The current Payment Request will be submitted. Click OK to proceed
7. Payment Request Center lists the above Payment Request
8. Log in with a Reviewer ID
9. Navigate to Accounts Payable > Accounts Payable WorkCenter
10. Under Payments, select the Payment Requests for Review link
11. Select the Payment Request added in Step 4
12. On the Summary Information page, click Next
13. On the Supplier Information page, click the Supplier Search button
14. Click the magnifying glass for Supplier ID
15. On the Look Up Supplier ID page, select a Supplier ID
16. On the Supplier Information page, the new Supplier is displayed
17. Click Save for Later
18. Click OK to the following message received -- Payment Request (ID:xxxxxxxxxx) has been saved. (7060,24)
19. Click Exit
20. Payment Requests for Review page is displayed
21. Click the Payment Requests for Review link
22. Payment Requests for Review page is still displaying the old Supplier
23. Select the Payment Request
24. On the Summary Information page, click Next
25. On the Supplier Information page, Supplier is the old Supplier and not the new one that the Reviewer selected
