Deleting Attachment from Customer Attachment Page does not Delete File that was Uploaded to OS with SFTP.

Steps to Reproduce Issue:

1. Add Customer Attachment File
Navigation: Customers > Customer Information >Create Customer Information
Drop down menu: Attachments

2. Save

3. Delete Customer Attachment File

4. Save

5. Check SFTP file location at operating system level and deleted file is found.
