Symptoms

New environment provisioning failed on midtier deployment while booting the app/prcs domains: 
 
Environment provisioning task status page shows below errors :

PscPuppet.puppet_current_run Failed

On Error details page:


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In PCM PIA, create new template and start provisioning new environment
2. It fails on midtier deployment
3. Navigate to environment tile and click on actions
4. Select the Provision Task Status and notice the error
