Symptoms

When creating an eProcurement requisition for a VAT enabled Business Unit, add two distribution lines and update the newly added distribution lines with different chartfield values. Submit the requisition to see the below error:

Steps:
1. Create an eProcurement requisition
      Employee Self Service > eProcurement tile > Create Requisition
2. Enter an item and go to checkout page
3. Click on distribution icon and add 3 new lines.
4. Distribute the percentage for all the lines and update department and product chartfield values for the first two lines.
5. Click on done and submit the requisition
6. See the error.
