Symptoms
When updating an existing Profile Type, users are getting a validation error.
Instance Qualifier 1 property is required (18300,643)
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Navigate to Set up HCM > Product Related > Profile Management > Profiles > Profile Types
2. Search for the JOB type
3. Try to add a new Section for this Type on a new effective date, and save. Error occurs.
