E-PORTAL: Login to Portal Navigate to Remote Content Home Button Returns User to Portal When SSO Configured (Doc ID 2969596.1)

Portal Technology - FLUID Homepage and NAVbar not taking to the expected site in SSO environment:

When SSO is configured between databases such as in the example of HCM and ELM, once logged into HCM and user navigates to ELM clicking the Home button takes the user back to the HCM homepage.  The same occurs vice versa when accessing HCM via ELM. It is desired to have the corresponding Homepage button to point to the database the user is in.


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to HCM.
2. Click tile to access ELM.
3. In Portal Context remains HCM.
