Symptoms
When the approver attempts to approve multiple positions on the Approval tile, the following error occurred.
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Login with Approver’s id.
- Navigate to Manager Self-Service Home Page > Select the Approvals tile
- Click on the Manage Position Link
- Select Multiple Positions for Approval and click on the Approve button.
- Enter the Approver comment and Click on the Submit button
- Error Message Appeared
