E-WL: Applying A WebLogic Patch for PeopleSoft Environment Is Ending With, "Ensure that all the classes needed by the application have been compiled with a compatible java version" error message (Doc ID 2970056.1)

Symptoms

In PeopleTools version 8.59.* while applying a Weblogic patch into "PIA_Weblogic" log file located under "DOMAIN_NAME\servers\ADMIN_SERVER_NAME\logs\DOMAIN_NAME.log" the following error message is being returned:

<BEA-2162500> <Class, org.apache.ws.security.WSSConfig, was compiled with an incompatible version of Java. Ensure that all the classes needed by the application have been compiled with a compatible java version. java.lang.UnsupportedClassVersionError: org/apache/ws/security/WSSConfig has been compiled by a more recent version of the Java Runtime (class file version 55.0), this version of the Java Runtime only recognizes class file versions up to 52.0

Current Weblogic patch is applied without upgrading Java JDK version.

Changes

In current environment there were no changes done over Java JDK version.
