Getting Error: "Setid Not Found For Name='BUSINESS_UNIT', Value="with Record 'TAX_CD', Tree". (2,214)" When Clicking on the PCard Distribution Icon on the PCard Reconcile Page.

After loading the Voucher Stage for the Procurement Card. When going into the Reconcile Statement page and clicking on the Distribution icon getting the error:

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Go to: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Reconcile.  At the Reconcile page change the statement status to 'Approved' and save it.   
2. Go to: Menu > Purchasing > Procurement Cards > Process Statements > Load Voucher Stage. Run CC Voucher Stage (PO_CCVCHRSTG)
3. Go back to the Reconcile Statement page and click on the Distribution icon. Getting the error
