Symptoms
After upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60, custom application engine ends in 'Error' status, with the below error message in the stdout file:
"Calling Java org.apache.poi.ss.usermodel.Cell.setCellType: no overload matches. (2,743) WSS_HRTEAM_EXCEL_W.FILE_EXCEL.OnExecute Name:SetCellString PCPC:3627 Statement:50"
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into Peoplesoft.
2. Trigger the custom Application Engine Process.
3. Navigate to PeopleTools > Process Scheduler > Process Monitor.
4. Observe the Process ends in 'Error' Status and the above error message can be seen in the .stdout file.
Changes
Upgrade to PeopleTools 8.60.
