Symptoms
When attempting to Cancel a student from a Third Party Contract (TPC) an error is returned on the page.
Remote program SFPTPART failed with reason (2,-1) DERIVED_SF.PROCESS_SFPTPART FieldChange PCPC:3639 Statement:55
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
- Navigate to Student Financials > Payment Plans > Third Party Contract > Assign
- Query the Contract
- Find the student and set the Status to Cancelled
