Incorrect Retirement Cost is inserted in the PS_INTFC_FIN record after retiring Assets with Zero Quantity and Multiple Cost entries with different Chartfield Combinations using Disposal Worksheet.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a New Asset with Quantity zero and two or more Chartfield Combinations i.e. Different Cost Types or Different Departments
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Owned Assets > Express Add
2. Calculate the Depreciation
Navigation: Asset Management > Depreciation > Review Depreciation Info > Asset Depreciation
3. Retire the Asset using Disposal Worksheet
Navigation: Asset Management > Asset Transactions > Asset Disposal > Disposal Worksheet
4. Review the cost inserted in PS_INTFC_FIN
Navigation: Asset Management > Send/Receive Information > Interface Transactions > Review Interface Transactions
