PeopleSoft Enterprise HCM Benefits Administration - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

There are three high deductible Medical Plans and employees are eligible for only one of those Plans at any time based on voluntary actions to qualify. There is a separate employer-only Health Savings Account (HSA) linked to each of those Plans as the employer's contribution also varies on the same basis. For Open Enrollment, not all employees are being defaulted into the appropriate plan based on the Medical Plan selected and, when the Event is finalized, the employee is not enrolled in any Plan and the following error occurs:

Cross Plan Validation: Finalized with an error.

Steps to reproduce the issue:

     1. Create Open Enrollment Events for Open Enrollment (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > Run Automated Event Processing).
     2. Finalize Event for test employee using On-Demand Event Maintenance (Navigation: Benefits > Manage Automated Enrollment > Events > On-Demand Event Maintenance).
     3. See error by clicking Show Errors button.
     4. Check employee's enrollment in Health Savings Account to see that it has not been created (Navigation: Benefits > Enroll in Benefits > Spending Accounts).
