Return To Search After Viewing a Person's Address Results In an Error: "Data Integrity Error (124,85)" (Doc ID 2971069.1)

Symptoms

On Campus Solutions 9.2.029 with PT 8.60.06, after viewing an address the Return to Search returns an error if the Correct History box is unchecked

Data Integrity Error (124,85)

The data structure from the page does not match the data structure in the database. This can be caused by a change in the record definition while you were viewing the page. This is a non-recoverable error and the current transaction will be aborted


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Campus Community > Personal Information > Biographical > Addresses/Phones > View Addresses
  2. Enter a Search Criteria value
  3. Uncheck the Correct History box
  4. Perform the Search
  5. View a Record
  6. Click the Return to Search button
  7. The error is returned
