E-PSEM: Unable to Discover Application Server Domain -- Error (Doc ID 2971077.1)

Symptoms

Unable to discover the application server domain. Getting the following error on the screen:

 

On the psemdiscover.trc file located under the <USER_HOME>/psft/pt/emplugin/log folder, we see the following errors:
