Symptoms
In a database that has deployed Life Events Insights, an employee creates a Life Event and proceeds through the Activity Guide to creation of the Benefits Administration Event. None of the options the employee is offered have Proof Required set on them. If the employee cancels the Life Event at this point, nothing happens; it appears that the button is unresponsive. The following error can be found only in a PeopleCode SQL trace file:

ORA-12899: VALUE TOO LARGE FOR COLUMN PS_BEN_KIB_EOI_DEL"."PLAN_TYPE" ERROR
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Employee creates a Life Event (Navigation: Employee Self Service homepage > Benefits Details tile > Life Events, Benefits Enrollment).
2. Employee proceeds through steps to Benefits Enrollment.
3. Employee clicks the Start My Enrollment button.
4. Event opens for employee election.
5. Employee attempts to cancel the Life Event by clicking the Cancel button.
6. The employee see nothing happening.
7. The error can be found in the PeopleCode SQL trace.
