E-WF: Approval Filter Not Reset After Loading More Rows of Different Categories (Doc ID 2971982.1)

Symptoms

If the number of approval rows returned exceeds the limit specified in the setup and they are all in the same approval category, the system sets the filter to that category. However, upon loading additional rows, if a new category is introduced, it does not reset the filter and if the "All" category is displayed at that time, it does not include the additional rows.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log into PIA of HRMS.

2. Navigate to Main Menu>Enterprise Components>Approvals>Approvals>Fluid Approval Setup and set Max Approvals Displayed to be 10.

3. Log into PIA as PS/PS.

4. In approval tile, observe there are 37 approvals.

5. Open the approvals page and see there are various categories of approvals…only 10 lines displayed, as expected.

6. Hit “Load More” and the next 10 display (also as expected).

7. Notice that MaritalStatusChange approvals has 4 events.

8. Click “Filter” button and observer the 4 events show (as expected).

9. But on the top of the page, it still says “All” and the count still reads as 20 of 37.

10. Hit “Load More” and this message displays "Load More 10 transactions successfully. 0 rows append into displaying grid based on selected category and filter".

11. It displays the only 4 MaritalStatusChange events, but the top of the page suggests it advanced the next 10 (Total) events.
