On the Advisee Student Center - Change Advisee Page, If Two Students Have The Same Name the Drop Down List Only Contains One Name (Doc ID 2972067.1)

Symptoms

On the Advisor Center, - Advisee Student Center, Change Advisee Page - if two students have the same name only one name appears in the Drop Down list, which should be showing all Advisees.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Login as an Advisor
  2. Navigate to Self Service > Advisor Center > Advisee Student Center.
  3. Click the drop down for the Change Advisee field.
  4. Identify a name in the list that is the same name as another students and note the name only appears once.
