PeopleSoft Enterprise CS Student Records - Version 9.2 to 9.2 [Release 9]
Information in this document applies to any platform.

Symptoms

When producing a transcript for a student, one or more of the student's courses, in a career different from the main enrollment career, does not appear on the transcript. Regardless of the career linked to the course, it's expected that all enrolled courses should appear on the transcript.

For example, in one reported case of the issue, a student admitted conditionally into a graduate degree program had to first enroll as an undergraduate to finish taking certain required courses. The student's term enrollment consisted of courses in the Undergraduate career, along with courses in both the Graduate and Law careers. When producing the student's transcript, the Undergraduate and Graduate courses correctly appeared on the transcript, but the Law course(s) did not.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment > Transcripts > Request Transcript Report for the student.
  2. Populate the parameters and click 'Process Request' on the 2nd tab.
  3. Review the transcript output compared to the courses listed on Records and Enrollment > Enrollment Summaries > Enrollment Summary and note that one or more courses, for one the careers outside the main enrollment career, are missing on the transcript.
