When searching for a contract in the Maintain Imported Contracts page below error occurs:

A fatal PeopleCode SQL error occurred. Please consult your system log for details.
SQL error in Exec. (2,280) CNTRCT_STAGED.GBL.CNTRCT_STG_WRK.SEARCH_BTN.FieldChange PCPC:239 Statement:4
During the execution of SQL, an error occurred in the Exec subroutine. The preceding message should have described the SQL being executed.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Define User Preferences blank SetID
2. Go to Procurement Contracts > Inbound Procurement Contracts > Maintain Imported Contracts
3. Enter SetID and click Search
