Item History Add Button On Item Line Level is Not Working and Doing Nothing When Pressing on It for Direct Connect Items (Doc ID 2972799.1)

Symptoms

When punching out supplier doesn't allow edit then items can't be added from item history page to the requisition page However the "Add" button on the item line level is not doing anything, system will spin and do nothing, and the "Add" button on top of the page is still punching out to supplier website to add items.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to eProcurement > Create Requisition and create a new fluid requisition.
  2. Punchout to supplier web site and add any item.
  3. Check out and submit the requisition.
  4. Now from the same navigation create a new requisition.
  5. Pres on Item history and try to add the same item added in the first requisition.
  6. Notice that the add button next to the item line level does nothing and when pressing on the add button on top of the page it is opening the supplier website.
