Priority Flag Is Not Populating When Return From Punch-Out Supplier in Fluid Requisition Creation (Doc ID 2973051.1)

Symptoms

The Priority Flag is not populating when returning from a Punch-Out Supplier in Fluid Requisition creation. The Priority flag should default to Medium, per the Requisition Defaults, but it is not being populated when returning from the PunchOut Supplier.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Click on Fluid Create Requisition Tile
2. Click Requisition Defaults
3. Enter a value for Priority Flag
4. Click OK
5. Web Suppliers- Click on a supplier to punchout
6. Add an Item and CheckOut
7. Return to PS.
8. Note that the Priority Flag is blank
