Symptoms

When attempting to process a transcript request, the following error occurs.

 Error: Invalid row number -1 for class Rowset method GetRow. (2,263) SSR_TSCRPT_RQST.GBL.SA_REQUEST_DTL.EMPLID.FieldChange PCPC:5723 Statement:101


The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

  1. Navigate to Records and Enrollment – Transcripts – Request Transcript Report.
  2. Add a New Value.
  3. In the Transcript Request Header tab, do not enter a Transcript Type.
  4. Go to the Transcript Request Detail tab and Enter an ID.
  5. Click Process Request and note the error displayed on the page.
