E-WF: No Save Button on Notifications Panel when Users are Prompted to Save the Changes after Dismissing Notifications (Doc ID 2973340.1)

Symptoms

In Notifications Panel, when user selects All and perform action dismiss then try to navigate to Home or anywhere,  a message pops up as follows, to suggest to save the changes but there is no Save button on the page.

ERROR
-----------------------

"Do you want to save your changes?
Click Yes to go back and save, No to discard your changes."

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

1. Log in to PIA.

2. Navigate to the Homepage > Notifications Panel > click the three vertical dots > View All Notifications.

3. Select all Notification entry by checking the box.

4. Deselect all Notification checkbox.

5. Click the back arrow button (left top side).
