Symptoms
Job Preference Screening item showing in create job opening when it is not defined in any of the recruiting configuration.
Steps to reproduce the issue:
1. Setup screening levels for job opening
Setup hcm > product related > recruiting > screening > screening levels
2. Create a job opening > Job preferences are displayed
Recruiting > Create Job Opening
