Symptoms
We implemented Patch 35636724 for the CA GENERAL garnishment rules and it is not working as expected.
Depending on the employee gross pay, the exemption amounts are not calculating as expected.
The issue can be reproduced with the following steps:
1. Apply patch 35636724 in the environment
2. Ensure the employee is using the CA GENERAL rule on Garnishment Spec Data - Payroll for North America>Employee Pay Data USA>Deductions>Create Garnishments
3. Create paysheets - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Create and Load Paysheets>Create Paysheets
4. Run a payroll calculation - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Calculate Payroll
5. Go to Review Paycheck Deductions to see the breakdown of the Garnishment - Payroll for North America>Payroll Processing USA>Produce Payroll>Review Paycheck
